PMS or Passenger Monitoring System is designed to help companies like yours to automated in counting of number of passengers per shuttles by improving time efficiency, better risk management, and increase productivity.
The systems will consist of two (2) programs.
1.) Web Platform whereas we need to input your company details including your optional employees/passenger names. In this system, you can download an excel file reports anytime and anywhere using your phones, laptops, or desktop computers.
2.) Android App which will be used as a WRITER/READER for NFC card. Based on this apps the system can monitor three (3) data when the passenger tap their NFC card into reader: TIME, PASSENGER ID, & EXACT LOCATION. This information we can count the total number of passengers every shuttle trip.
Main advantage features:
- Security for Employees – Since every card is unique and your company would issue the NFC cards, passengers from other companies would have no access and would not be able to ride the shuttle.
- Quick & Easy Monitoring – Data are available and could be accessed anytime. Information such as number of passengers per route, see which routes are being maximized could be populated at real-time.
- Flexible Registration – Your Company has the option to issue different types of access on the frequency, need and schedule of the rider/employee.
- Margin of error reduced – since the reports of Drivers and security varies, having an NFC card would greatly minimize these errors thus reports generated are more accurate.
- No need to download – The system is cloud-based, hence, reports are accessible anytime with internet connection.
- Creates Study for Old & New Routes – Passenger Monitoring System (PMS) could give reports that could be used in studying efficiency of the existing routes and probably derive idea in creating new schedule that could maximize shuttle usage.
- Establish Explanation for Irregularities – By just looking at the reports, PMS could give accurate explanation as to why certain incidents happen.
